keupayaan masa depannya dengan perancangan strategik melibatkan perolehan aset baharu termasuk kapal selam tambahan, sistem dron maritim serta teknologi canggih seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan pertahanan siber.Zulhelmy berkata, perolehan ini akan meningkatkan keupayaan peperangan bawah permukaan, selain memperkukuh aspek rondaan dan pemantauan strategik terutama di kawasan sensitif seperti
